Village Partnerships
Excellence in end of life care is a common goal of The Community Partnership for End of Life Care and local continuous care retirement communities. We collaborate with several of them to educate and engage both residents and staff in end of life issues. This collaborative effort is called "Village Partnerships" program. In our area, the first communities to participate in this program were Arbor Acres, Brookridge and Salemtowne.
