Quality and Customer Service
Our goal is to ensure that Hospice & Palliative CareCenter patients and families experience compassionate care while living comfortably at home, wherever home may be. The Quality Services department monitors the care we provide to ensure that we are meeting our own high standards. We seek feedback from our patients and families through the use of surveys and quality assurance calls and welcome suggestions for improvement. Hospice & Palliative CareCenter participates in State and National hospice quality initiatives.
