Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney

The public is invited to learn about the Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney. Hospice & Palliative CareCenter staff will explain these documents, and you will receive a free copy of each. This presentation will take about an hour. A notary will be present for those ready to complete the documents.

This is the 12-hour training class that is necessary for volunteers who visit with Hospice home care patients and all volunteers at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Pre-registration is necessary. Classes are limited to 25 participants and you should plan to attend all sessions.
